Within the L.E.A.D. umbrella, The LEAD. Academy stands as an initiative committed to the holistic development of students and athletes. Our mission is to guide each individual towards unlocking their ultimate athletic capabilities. The LEAD. Academy places a significant emphasis on personal growth, college and career readiness, and the cultivation of leadership skills in the face of adversity. Through our dynamic curriculum and unwavering support, we endeavor to shape students and athletes into well-rounded, empowered leaders who not only thrive in their chosen sport but also navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS

LEAD LIKE A SCHOLAR 10 MONTH CURRICULUM

Our 10-month curriculum takes a holistic approach, merging leadership development with academic excellence. Students are guided through a journey that integrates leadership principles into their scholarly pursuits, fostering growth both on and off the field.

SEL PLANNER AND JOURNAL FOR ADVISORY
AND TEAM BUILDING

Our SEL planner and journal facilitate meaningful advisory sessions and team-building activities. These resources encourage reflection, self-awareness, and effective communication, nurturing strong bonds among students and athletes.

The LEAD organization is responsible for equipping my student-athletes with the tools to handle academics and athletics. We are champions both on and off the field because of LEAD.
